Q:Can I order less than a full container?

A:For first-time buyers, we strongly recommend ordering a full 20FT container to get the best unit price and ensure container load efficiency. However, if you want to test the market before committing, order a 1-2kg sample pack first. We’ll ship it via DHL or FedEx within 3–5 business days after payment. Sample cost is refundable if you later place a full container order.

Q: What is the price per bag?
Prices fluctuate with raw material costs and exchange rates. Please contact us directly with:

• Target quantity (number of containers)

Q: Can I arrange my own third-party inspection?
Absolutely. We welcome and support buyer-arranged inspections by SGS, Bureau Veritas (BV), or Intertek. Simply inform us before production begins and we will:

• Hold the goods at our warehouse pending inspection

• Coordinate with the inspector’s local agent

• Provide all production records, quality certificates, and production photos/videos We have nothing to hide — we want you to be 100% confident before your money leaves your account.
